This is a one-day advocacy interactive conference aimed at sensitizing scholars from Borno state on the pros and cons of the Sulhu and reintegration of repentant, deradicalized and voluntary returnees of BH. Held in Maiduguri, the Borno state capital on the 28th of March 2022, the conference had 34 respected scholars in attendance invited from across groups and sects.
