Building Peace Through Alternative Narratives
Dar Al-Andalus Centre works to prevent violent extremism and promote reconciliation through dialogue, training, and community empowerment.
Empowerment
We empower vulnerable communities, especially people in IDP camps, through skills training, trauma counselling, and livelihood support to help them rebuild their lives.
Training
We train religious and traditional leaders to promote constructive alternative narratives that counter violent extremism and encourage peaceful dialogue within their communities.
Media
We produce radio dramas, videos, and other media content that address the causes of armed conflict and promote messages of peace and conflict resolution.
Sensitisation
We raise public awareness on conflict, peacebuilding, and reconciliation through community engagement and educational campaigns that promote understanding and social harmony.
